Reservation Conditions
   
Payment: 40% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 60% of the total of the reservation should be paid at least 20 days before the arrival date.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
- From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date,a fee of 350 will be charged.
- From 60 upto 15 days before the arrival date, 40% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

 
Damage Deposit: 5000 .This amount is to be paid before check-in and is refunded upon departure after the villa has been checked and if no damages occured during the stay.
