Marvelous seafront villa located on the small cliff, with stunning views to the Mediterranean and to Formentera. The villa is situated in private residential area with 24h surveillance, in the exclusive zone of Ibiza, very close to the beach of Ses Boques and to the picturesque village Es Cubells and set on the fenced plot equipped with alarm and automatic entrance gate. There are garage, open-air parking area, beautiful garden with unobstructed sea views, big infinity pool with sun terrace and bar counter in the gazebo, two ample furnished terraces, bbq area and so on. The villa is two-storey and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 courtesy toilet, two living rooms, dining room, modern fully-equipped kitchen and laundry.  On the lower level, by the pool, there is an annexed building with 2 double bedrooms more, each of them with en-suite bathroom, independent entrance and a terrace. On this floor there is as well one of the double bedrooms, with dressing room and big en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Upstairs, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of them, the master bedroom, is very spacious and has dressing room, en-suite bathroom with sea-view tub and separate shower, and a terrace. The other bedroom is very big as well and can accommodate 4 people as it has two double beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and a sea-view terrace. The third bedroom of this floor has double bed, big en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower and also the access to the sea-view terrace. These two bedrooms can be used as interconnected as they are connected through the bathroom or if you lock the door they can be used separately as the double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and independent access from the ground floor by additional staircase.  On the lower level, by the pool, there is an annexed building with 2 double bedrooms more, each of them with en-suite bathroom, independent entrance and a terrace. Reservation Conditions
   
Payment: 30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation should be 30 days before the arrival date.
 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

From the moment of the reservation and upto 90 days before the arrival date, 150 €,

From 90 upto 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged,

From 30 upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay.


 
Damage Deposit: The amount of damage deposit depends on lenght of the stay and number of people.
 
Cleaning: 10h of cleaning per day are included and towels are changed on daily basis. Bed linen is changed once per week.
 
Pets: are not accepted.
