Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

Cash, bank wire.

50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-      From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date, 50.

-      From 59 upto 0 days before the arrival date 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

-      In case of no-show you will be charged the 50% of the total amount of the stay.


 
Damage Deposit: 1000 . This amount is refunded by bank transfer within 48 hours after check-out.
 
Towels Change: Once per week.
 
Bed Linen Change: Once per week.
 
Final Cleaning: Included.
 
Garbage Deposit: Included.
 
Pets: are not accepted.
 
Transfers:

are arranged upon request and at additional cost.
