In total there are 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning and one additional bedroom located on the first of the main building which has its correspondent bathroom on the ground floor. This bedroom is smaller and with lower ceiling than in the other rooms so it is suitable for children. In the main building there are spacious living room with chaise-longue sofa, TV and home cinema, dining room with big table and a kitchen. There is as well an additional outdoor kitchen which is covered and fully equipped.

Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

40% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. 

30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at least 95 days in advance before the arrival date.

The remaining 30% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or at least 35 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-      From the moment of the reservation and upto 91 days before the arrival date, 50.

-      From 90 upto 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged,

- Less tahn 60 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay.


 
Damage Deposit: 1500 . This amount is refunded upon departure.
 
Towels Change: Twice per week.
 
Bed Linen Change: Twice per week.
 
Final Cleaning: Included.
 
Garbage Deposit: Included.
 
Pets: Upon request.
 
Transfers:

are arranged upon request and at additional cost.
