Description
It is a magical place to relax and enjoy your stay in Ibiza, with all the comfort and quality of a modern luxury villa, combined with the essence and purity of the famous typical Ibizan house. Located in a splendid natural setting, overlooking a beautiful valley it is a true haven of tranquility and wellbeing. An original villa, which dates back some 300 years and has been recently restored respecting the characteristic features of its original construction. In the house you will find 6 elegant bedrooms, all of them with bathroom en-suite. The outside of the house is formed by a large patio with teak sunloungers, a large Balinese chill-out pergola, a nice pond and a circular pool of 7 metres  in diameter with Greek seating. There is also second swimming pool of 15 m with sun terrace. In the barbecue area there is a second fully equipped covered kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and refrigerator, a large wooden table and relaxing area with sofa.

There is as well an additional outdoor kitchen which is covered and fully equipped.

Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. 

50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at least 2 months in advance before the arrival date.



 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
- From the moment of the reservation and upto 4 monthes before the arrival date, 50.
- From 4 upto 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged,
- Less than 2 months before the arrival date or in case of no-show you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: 1500 . This amount is refunded upon departure.
 
Towels Change: Twice per week.
 
Bed Linen Change: Once per week.
 
Final Cleaning: Included.
 
Garbage Deposit: Included.
 
Pets: Upon request.
 
Transfers:

are arranged upon request and at additional cost.
