Payment: To confirm a booking the 50% of the total amount will be required at the moment of the reservation and the 50% at least 15 days before the day of arrival.  
 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
- From the moment of the reservation and upto 31 days before the arrival date: 50 will be charged,
- From 31 till 15 days before the arrival date:  30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged,
- Less than15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show: you will be charged the 100% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: 2500 . It is refunded within 72 hours after departure by bank transfer.
 
Cleaning: Towels are changed twice per week. Bed linen is changed once per week. Rental rate also includes 4 hours of daily cleaning, except on Tuesdays.
 
Pets: Upon request.
