Reservation Conditions
   
Payment: To confirm a booking 50% of the total amount will be required at the moment of the reservation and remaining 50% at least 31 days before the day of arrival.  
 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
- From the moment of the reservation and 31 days before the arrival date,50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged 
- From 31 upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show you will be charged the 100% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: 2000 . This amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival and is refunded upon departure.
 
Cleaning: Towels are changed twice per week. Bed linen is changed once per week.
 
Pets: Please consult.
