Upstairs, on the first floor there are a study with a desk and two double bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower. Downstairs, at basement level, there are a garage and one bedroom more, which is quite big and can accommodate 3rd person with an extra bed. This bedroom has twin bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid at least 15 days before the arrival if it's done by bank transfer or credit card, or upon arrival to the house if it's paid in cash.


 
Cancellation Policy: Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 90 days before the arrival date, 150€, with the exception of the bookings for August when the cancellation should be made 120 days before. 
From 90 upto 0 days before the arrival date (from 120 days for the bookings for August), 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: 7000 €. This amount is refunded within 48 hours after departure.
 
Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are changed once per week.
 
Pets: Please consult.
