On the first floor there is open-plan living room connected to the sea-view terrace which has dining area with big table and open-type, fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with sofas, fire-place and TV. The other one, master bedroom, is very spacious, has en-suite bathroom with big square tub and direct access to terrace. The villa is set on 1100 sq.m. plot, completely fenced and equipped with electric gate and alarm, on the slope of a hill in the quiet residential area of Talamanca which enjoys beatifual views to the sea and to Dalt Vila. The villa is surrounded by garden and has spacious terraces distributed on different levels. On the lower level there is a swimming pool with sun terrace with wooden deck, sun beds and umbrellas. On the ground floor level there is covered furnished terrace, with its chill-out area. On the first floor level there is spacious sea-view terrace which has dining area with big table and barbecue below a sun-shade and also chill-out area with sofas and small tables, sun beds and so on. On the second floor level there is one more furnished terrace with panoramic view to the sea and to Dalt Vila. There is also a garage for 4 cars in the villa.

It is connected to the terrace and pool area. The second kitchen is smaller, it is on the first floor, open to the dining area and has a pantry with additional fridge.

Reservation Conditions
Payment: 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation should be paid at least 2 months before the arrival date by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
- From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date,50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- From 60 upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Damage Deposit: 2000 . This amount is to be paid upon arrival in cash and is refunded upon departure after checking the house state in cash as well. If you prefer to pay by bank wire, it should be paid at least 10 days before arrival date and is refunded by bank wire as well, within 7 days after check-out.
Cleaning: Bed linen and towles are changed once per week.
