This building of 18th century has views to the sea and to the hills and woods. It´s owner restored it respecting customs and traditions and combining them with modern comfort. The house is located at 6 km from the airport and at 4 km from Ibiza-town, it is very quiet and secluded, yet very well connected with any part of the island. The house is located in the quiet residential area which is conveniently situated next to all the services, in the private fenced estate of 20.000 m2 and it has spacious and well-maintained gardens, terraces and pool. The pool is 10 x 5 m and it has spacious sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols, a bathroom equipped with shower, tables, chill-ou area, portable barbecue, etc.
From this area you can enjoy sea views and views to Formentera. Below the pool there is a cellar transformed in to the game room with table football, billiard, darts, game machines, etc, it also has tables with chairs, fridge and music equipment. The house has as well several porch-terraces, covered and furnished, one of them has big dining table for 12 people.  At the entrance of the house there is covered parking space for 6 cars.

Payment:

30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.


 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 0 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged the 30% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: 1500 €. This amount is refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
 
Cleaning:
Towels are changed twice per week.
Bed linen is changed once per week.

 
Pets: Up on request.
