Traditional Ibiza´s style house built more than 300 years ago, located in the rural surroundings in the northern part of Ibiza island, in the natural park ¨Es Amunts¨. This light-filled house, oriented to the south, is located in a very peaceful and quiet place, with views to the county side, among orange, fig, carob and olive trees.

The owners live in the house attached to the holiday house and take care of this estate of 100.000 sq.m. and of ecological kitchen garden where they cultivate tomatoes, peppers, melons, water-melons and so on, the products they offer to their guests.

The house is 250 sq.m. and there are spacious living room with fire place and TV set,

fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area, 3 bathrooms, 4 double rooms and terraces. Outside there are barbecue area, swimming pool with jacuzzi surrounded by wide garden area and a playground for children.

The house is located only at 3-min-drive from the Beñirras beach, famous for its beautiful sunsets and only at 5-min-drive from the village of San Miguel.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with views to the picturesque rural surroundings.

Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-      From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date, 150€.

-      From 59 upto 0 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

-      In case of no-show you will be charged the 30% of the total amount of the stay.


 
Damage Deposit: 600 €. This amount is refunded within 48 hours after check-out.



 
Cleaning: Towels are changed twice per week. Bed linen is changed once per week.
 
Pets:

Not accepted.
