350 year old Ibizan finca, recently reformed to a high standard, with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious living room with dining area, an old mill which is a second quiet living room and two kitchens. Located at the top of the hill, the villa is private and is not overlooked by anyone. Surrounded on 3 sides by pine forest, with 80,000 m² of its own farmland, the house offers an oasis of calm. It has large swimming pool of 14 m x 6m, several terraces and covered barbecue areas. There is a distant sea view of the Bay of San Antonio, and the hills of San Josep in the background. The villa is conveniently located at 5-minute-drive from San Antonio and near some of the best beaches on the island: Cala Gracio and Gracionetta 5 mins, Punta Galera and Cala Salada 10 mins, Platges de Conte 15, Cala Tarida and Carbo 15 mins and so on.

The villa is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is open-plan living room with sitting area with fire places, TV set and sofas and with dining area with big table, fully-equipped kitchen, the other TV lounge, smaller and more intimate, which were used as mill in the past, two double bedrooms which share big bathroom with tub and two double bedrooms more, each one with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. In the left-hand wing of the building, on the ground floor as well, there is a studio-apartment which consists of double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and of dining room with open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge, glass-ceramic cooktop, small dishwasher and so on. This studio has additional access from outside so the door which connects it to the rest of the house can be locked and it can be used independently. On the first floor of the house there is main bedroom which consists of a study, double bedroom, spacious en-suite bathroom with tub and big furnished terrace.

Reservation Conditions
   
Payment: 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 61 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
From 61 upto  upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

 
Damage Deposit: 2000 €. This amount should be paid at least 10 days before arrival date and is refunded within 7 days after check-out.
 
Cleaning: Towels are changed twice per week. Bed linen is changed once per week. 3 hours of daily cleaning are included as well.
 
Pets: Please consult.
