Beautiful rural house located in the north of the isle of Ibiza, in the area of Sant Joan, in the natural park, close to the beach of Cala Xarraca. The house has amazing views to the sea and picturesque coastline and is surrounded by spacious gardens and terraces and offers tranquility and charm of Ibizas country side. The house has ecological pool of 8 x 8 meters (the osmosis system is used for its maintenance, so it is chlorine-free) and outside jacuzzi. Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

25% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 75% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-      From the moment of the reservation and upto 30 days before the arrival date: 50.

-      From 29 days upto 0 days before the arrival date:25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

-      In case of no-show you will be charged the 25% of the total amount of the stay.




 
Damage Deposit: 1000 . This amount is refunded upon departure.
 
Cleaning:
Towels are changed twice per week.
Bed linen is changed once per week.


 
Pets: are not accepted.
