Reservation Conditions
   
Payment: 30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.
 
Cancellation Policy: Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 30 days before the arrival date or upto 90 days before the arrival date if your booking is for July or August, 150€.
From 30 upto 0 days before the arrival date or from 90 upto 0 days before the arrival date if your booking is for July or August, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged the 30% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: 500 €. This amount is refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
 
Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are changed once per week.
 
Pets: are not accepted.
 
Check-in and Check-Out: 04.00 p.m. // 10.00 a.m.
