The villa consists of the main house, staff apartment with independent entrance, a separate pool-side building with master suite and a small massage house.
The main house is 2-storey. On the main floor there is a living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, modern fully-equipped kitchen of open type, connected to dining area with big table and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub. On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms (one with double and the other one with twin bed) and a bathroom with shower which they share. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with tub.
On the ground floor of the main house there is a staff bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a private entrance next to the kitchen area and there is no window in this bedroom. It can be added to your reservation at a supplement.
The master bedroom is located in the separate building next to the swimming pool. It is very spacious and has splendid views to the sea and to Salinas area. This open-plan suite has sitting area with sofas, TV, sound-system and fire-place, round bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub with panoramic views and a shower room. Next to this bedroom there is a small house with massage room. On the basement floor of the main suite there is a chill-out with football and pool tables, etc. and a private club, so it suits perfectly for events and celebrations.

The villa has beautiful green territory and is surrounded by garden and lawns. It has electric car gate and big parking area for upto 15 cars. The center of the villa is huge infinity pool (22m x 10 m) with panoramic sea views, surrounded by sun deck with sun beds and umbrellas. There are also several furnished terraces used as al fresco dining areas, chill-out and so on.
