It is a 2-storey-house. On the ground floor there are a patio, spacious living room with access to the ample terrace with stairs which lead to the swimming pool area, a kitchen and two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, each of them located in the opposite wings of the building. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom and sea-view terrace.

On the ground floor there is as well a small apartment with an independent entrance, perfect for service personnel. It has a kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom equipped with shower. Usually this apartment is closed, however you can add it to your booking at additional cost increasing this way the capacity of the house up to 10 people.

The house is located in private fenced territory of 8000 sq.m. In front of the house there are

swimming pool with spacious sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, barbecue area, big  eating table in covered zone.  In front of the house, connected with the living room there is wide covered porch terrace completely furbished to eat outside or just relax, read a book, and so on. Each bedroom of the first floor has as well ample private terrace with sea view. The house offers as well spacious parking area, children´s playground, gardens, etc.

All the rooms are very spacious and full of light with big windows overlooking the pool area. They are thoroughly decorated and furbished with attention to each small detail. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room as well.
