Description

The houses floor covering was finished with microcement.
In front of the living room and dining area there is a swimming pool with sun terrace surrounded by garden, perfect to relax. Spacious kitchen is separated from the dining area by Silestone peninsula.
On this level there is also versatile room which can be used as bedroom or study or TV room, etc. Guests toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace are also located on this floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing room and access to the private terraces. On the rooftop there is spacious sea view terrace with barbecue and big tented dining table from where you can enjoy views to EsVedra and the islands of Poniente.

All the rooms has Daikin air-conditioning for heating and cooling and in the living room there is a fire place connected to the climate control system of common areas. The double-height living room area is full of light, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows instead of traditional walls creating the impression that terrace and pool are natural extension of the house. There are skylight windows in the staircase area.
Spacious kitchen separated from the dining area by Silestone peninsula is fully equipped, its furniture and electrical appliances of high-end line of Bosch make it very comfortable and elegant. Next to the kitchen there is a washing room.
There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, with en-suite bathroom (one of them with jacuzzi) and dressing rooms. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor. All three bedrooms has floor-to-ceiling bedrooms, built-in wardrobes and private terraces. On the ground floor there is also versatile room which can be used as bedroom or study or TV room, etc.
