The estate is located in the north of the island, on the hills, surrounded by fields and pine Woods, close to the municipality of Sant Joan and at 3 km only from the beach of Cala Xarraca. Its extension is of 160000 sq.m. and there is a traditional Ibiza´s style country house dated in 1820 which is to be restored and reformed. The estate is located one of the most quiet and less crowded areas of Ibiza. It has water supply coming from its own well and electric supplying too. 
If it is necessary the estate can be separated into two independent properties:
The first one, where the traditional country house is situated, due to its location has stunning country side views, sea views and the incredible views to the northern sea coast. This part has two options to be developed:
1) there is basic project and building permit to restore the traditional country house and to extend it.
2) there is a basic project of  restoration of the traditional country house and its use change for the rural hotel
In the second segregated part a new house can be built. This house can be located in the upper level of the hill than the old country house, where the panoramic countryside and sea views are even more impressive, so  it can be turned into spectacular viewpoint.
