| The house is set on the private plot of 7500 sq.m., completely fenced and with automatic entrance gate. The house and the plot are divided in two totally independent parts separated by a fence, with two independent entrances and outdoor spaces. The property´s owners who live nearby have separate access to the house with their own parking space, etc. and their part of the building looks out to the other part of the plot than the guests one. The guests has exclusive access to their own parking space, garden, big swimming pool with sun beds and parasols, covered barbecue area by it´s side with big dining table and wood-burning grill, spacious and covered porch-terrace used as chill-out area with sofas, small tables and hammocks. All these surrounded by garden and fruit-tree fields. |

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before arrival date, 10% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
From 60 upto 14 days before arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
From 14 upto 0 days before arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
