Payment:

30% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation is to be paid 15 days before the arrival if it's done by bank transfer or credit card, or upon arrival to the house if it's paid by cash.


 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 61 days before the arrival date, 50.
From 60 upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.


 
Damage Deposit: 3.000 . This amount is refunded within 72 hours after departure.
 
Cleaning: Towels and sheets are changed once per week.
 
Pets: Please consult.
