On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the spacious terrace with views to the pool. There are big corridor with wardrobes on this floor as well. |

| The house is set on the slope of the hill with panoramic country-side views, on the private fenced plot with automatic entrance gate. It has spacious parking area and is surrounded by garden. In front of the left side of the house there is wonderful 12 x 6 m pool with spacious sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols and also covered bbq area with fridge and open-air dining area with chill-out. Behind the house there is other terrace with ping-pong table. |

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date: 150€
From 59 upto 0 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged the 50% of the total amount of the stay.
