The villa is distributed between 2 buildings: main house and guests house. The main house is 2-storey. On the ground floor there are spacious living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry area, guests toilet, and 3 bedrooms with direct access outdoors, to the terraces. One of the bedrooms has double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two (one double and one twin) share a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, so the main house has 5 bedrooms in total. One of these bedrooms is the master suite with double bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom equipped with both shower and hydromassage tub and balcony. The guests house is one-storey has 3 bedrooms with direct access outdoors, to the terraces. Ther are twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one more double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and also outdoor jacuzzi.

50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid at least 60 days in advance before arrival date.
Failure to comply with the payment schedule will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and below indicated cancellation fees will be applied.
Reservation dates will be subject to availability, and €150 extra fee will be charged to reactivate the reservation.
