50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid upon arrival to the house if you pay in cash or 15 days in advance before arrival date if you pay by bank wire.
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 90 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total of pre-paid amount,
Between 90 and 60 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total of pre-paid amount,
Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total of pre-paid amount,
Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total of pre-paid amount,
From 15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total of pre-paid amount.
