It is a hideaway for the true relaxation in the north of the island, between San Carlos and Santa Eulalia only 10 minutes away from city life. There are 6 bedrooms suite in the property, the master bedroom on the first floor of the main villa with 2 terraces, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, one more smaller bedroom with big en-suite bathroom on the ground floor of the main building, 3 luxury bedrooms more with en suite bathrooms in the connecting villas with independent entrances and additional guest cottage with kitchen and bathroom and its own terraces. There is an additional cottage where employees live as well. Next to the main building there are 3 villas with 3 guest suites: Separate Villa 1: Luxury Guest Suite with spacious ensuite bathroom at the fishpond, Separate Villa 2: Guest Suite with huge guest bathroom at the donkey forest, Separate Villa 3: Guest suite with bathroom and Sauna which can also be used as a office as it is equipped with flat Samsung TV and DVD, satellite and lenovo computer with printer. The villa has been transformed from a 7 bedroom property in a residence with only 5 bedroom suites (+ 1 guest cottage ) and no expense has been spared to keep the old original Ibiza finca feeling while living in luxury and space. Reservation Conditions

50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid 15 days before arrival date by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

From the moment of the reservation and upto 90 days before the arrival date: 150

From 90 upto 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

From 30 upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show you will be charged the 100% of the total amount of the stay.

Damage Deposit:

5000 . This amount is to be paid by bank wire at the moment of reservation upon signature of rental agreement.The security deposit is refunded within 72 hours after check-out by bank wire.

Cleaning: Daily cleaning is included in the rate and towels are changed daily. Bed linen is changed twice per week.
