Beautiful modern-design villa with splendid views to the sea and to the sunset, located in the quiet residential area with only few neighbors, very close to the beach of Cala Salada and to San Antonio where you have shops, restaurants and all types of services at your disposal. The villa offers 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 guests toilet, spacious living room with dining area , fireplace and direct access to the outdoor terrace, modern open-type kitchen, fully equipped,  study, laundry, pantry with additional fridge and a garage with table tennis. The villas plot is set on the hill, surrounded by pine woods, with beautiful views to the sea and to the valley. It is fenced and equipped with automatic gate and alarm. There are parking area, garden with lawns, big swimming pool with sun terrace and chill-out, spacious covered terrace in front of the house, with big table and barbecue, as well as several furnished chill-out areas shaded by tents and distributed in different zones of the property.

On the ground floor there are spacious living room with dining area and sitting area with sofas, small tables, TV set and fireplace, connected to the outdoor terrace and to the pool area, modern open-type kitchen, guests toilet, utility room with additional fridge, laundry and the main bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet and big bathroom with hydro-massage tub and separate shower. Upstairs, on the first floor there are a study with a desk and two double bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower. Downstairs, at basement level, there are a garage and one bedroom more, which is quite big and can accommodate 3rd person with an extra bed. This bedroom has twin bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has an access both from inside the house, through the garage, as from outside, from the garden, so it can be used independently from the main house. The 5th bedroom is located in an attached building near the pool and has independent entrance. This bedroom has twin bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Reservation Conditions

30% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation is to be paid upon arrival to the house.

Cancellation Policy: Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 90 days before the arrival date, 50, with the exception of the bookings for August when the cancellation should be made 120 days before. 
From 90 upto 0 days before the arrival date (from 120 days for the bookings for August), 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Damage Deposit: 5000 . This amount is refunded within 48 hours after departure.
Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are changed once per week.
Pets: Please consult.
