The semi-detached country house, was totally reformed in 2000, formerly it had been stables of hundred-year-old main house. The Lluquinet family built it in 1930 on the plot of 10 hectares and during 4 generations of the same family it has been conserved traditional Ibiza´s style.  The family of the owners still lives in the main house, nevertheless each house has it´s own separate road leading to independent entrance, terrace and barbecue in order to guarantee your privacy. During the renovation of the vacation house the traditional Ibiza´s architecture was highly respected and thick stone walls and wooden beams of the ceilings were conserved. The house was adapted to accommodate 4 people with maximum comfort and pleasant and exclusive ambience which invites the guests to feel like at home and to enjoy the tranquility of surrounding country side and sea views was created. On the ground floor there are kitchenette, spacious living room with dining area, 1 toilet and porch terrace with sea view. On the first floor there are 2 double rooms and 1 bathroom. The total house area is 95 sq.m. and it also has a terrace of 25-sq.m. and a parking space. The swimming pool is of shared used with house owners and it has beautiful views to the sea of Cala Xarraca and Portinatx.
