Description
The villa is located in 1800 sq. m. private estate, over a hill on the coast of Cala Moli, with wonderful views of Ibizas coast, in a very quiet area, just at 3 minutes from the beach. The three storey villa has six double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms equipped with shower, living-room with flat-screen TV, dining room, kitchen, etc. There are several terraces too,  barbecue, garden with water cascades, swimming pool, chill out and so on.

To the right from the entrance hall, downstairs a small staircase there are 2 bedrooms with twin beds (one of them has a toilet en-suite as well) and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs, on the lower level connected with the pool and bbq area there are a lounge with sofas and TV, a dining room with big table and fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, on the superior floor where you can accede by stairs from the living room there is a main bedroom with double bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and with furnished terrace with panoramic sea views. On this floor there is one more bedroom, with twin bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and furnished terrace.

The villa is located on the private plot of 1800 sq.m., on the top of the hill on the coast of Cala Moli. So on its different levels there are plenty of space to relax in the variety of  ambiences: spacious swimming pool with sun beds and parasols, sea-view terrace to contemplate picturesque Ibizas coast, summer dining area with bbq., etc. On the other side of the house there is spacious chill-out area with water cascades and fish pond. The outside area and terraces are completely gardened and furnished.

The house was reformed and fully refurbished recently, all the furniture is very comfortable and functional, all the bedrooms have flat-screen TV, and all the villa is fully air conditioned. The decoration chosen gives the villa a very pleasant atmosphere.

Payment:

30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation should be paid 45 days before the arrival date.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-      From the moment of the reservation and upto 46 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged..

-      From 45 days upto 0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

-      In case of no-show you will be charged the 100% of the total amount of the stay.



 
Damage Deposit: 2000 . This amount is refunded by bank transfer within 48 hours after check-out.
 
Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are changed once per week.
 
Pets: are not accepted.
 
Check-in and Check-Out: 04.00 p.m. // 10.00 a.m.
