Recently renovated villa with hundred-year history where you can enjoy Ibizas country side tranquility, very close to the west coast beaches.

Exterior stone walls, white-coloured interior walls and ancient wooden beams. The house is full of light, open to the exterior and surrounded by charming hidden corners.

Recently renovated, it combines originally modern architecture with touches of supreme elegance.  The enclosed south-facing area with swimming pool is natural extention of interior zones and outdoor terraces. Mild babbling sounds of the canal of Arabian inspiration and wooden platform used as chill-out floats above the swimming pool converting it to the scenary which backstage  is lush vegetation of surrounding green hills. Overlooking almonds valley the house is very private and secluded, integrated into the nature, with its shapes and colours melting with the ones of the surrounding setting.

The house is 2-storey and there are several surrounding stuctures which after the renovation were transformed into studio-rooms and spacious outdoor areas like East-facing terrace, main entrance terrace and the South facing sun terrace next to the swimming pool.

On the ground floor of the main house there are living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Covered east-facing terrace allows to enjoy outdoor dining area next to the living room. South-facing terrace with pergola hosts sitting and barbecue area and its natural extension is sun terrace and the pool. The chill-out at the edge of the pool merges with the surrounding natural woods.

Three additional rooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, are located in the exterior part of the building completing the architectural ensamble.

On the first floor there is main bedroom with private terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular views to the bay of  Portmany. It also has a bathroom.

Full of light, with floor-to-ceiling windows, the kitchen is fully integrated in to the surrounding nature and has direct access outside and to the small covered porch for breakfasts.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary, Nespresso machine and a full range of tableware, utensils and household appliances.  Next to the kitchen there is a small sitting area with a fire place.

Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation should be paid at least 35 days before the arrival date.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-Up to 90 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total rental amount.

-Between 90 and 60 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total rental amount.

-Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount.

-Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total rental amount.-From 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount.



 
Damage Deposit: 2000 . This amount is refunded upon departure.
 
Cleaning: The cleaning is made in the villa on daily basis with the only exception of weekend and holidays. During the cleaning the dirty towels are changed. Bed linen is changed twice per week.
 
Pets: Small and well educated pets are accepted, previous advise required.
