Payment: To confirm a booking the 50% of the total amount is required at the moment of the reservation and remaining 50% is due at least 2 month before the arrival date. 
 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
- From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged 
- From 60 upto 0 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show you will be charged the 100% of the total amount of the stay.

 
Damage Deposit: Please consult. The amount of deposit depends on number of guests and length of stay.
 
Cleaning: Towels are changed twice per week. Bed linen is changed once per week. 4 hours of daily cleaning (except Sundays) are also included in the rental rate.
 
Pets: Not accepted.
