Lovely and welcoming house with beautiful views to the sea and to Formentera located in the rural area of Es Cubells, close to the beaches of Ses Boques, Cala DHort and so on. The house consists of the living room, dining room with open-type kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Payment:

30% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 70% of the total of the reservation is to be paid 15 days before the arrival if it's done by bank transfer or credit card, or upon arrival to the house if it's paid by cash.


 
Cancellation Policy:

Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:

-      From the moment of the reservation and upto 31 days before the arrival date, 50.

-      From 30 upto 0 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

-      In case of no-show you will be charged the 30% of the total amount of the stay.


 
Damage Deposit: 500 . This amount is refunded upon departure.
 
Cleaning: Towels and bed linen are changed once per week. 
   

 
Pets: Up on request.
