Outside there are big swimming pool of 10 x 5 m with sun terrace and deckchairs with parasols, spacious covered area for bbq with big table to be able to enjoy a meal open-air, furnished porch-terrace and small garden. |

50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid at least 14 days in advance before the arrival date.
Failure to comply with the payment schedule will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and below indicated cancellation fees will be applied.
Reservation dates will be subject to availability, and €150 extra fee will be charged to reactivate the reservation.
