Reservation Conditions
   
Payment:

50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid at least 14 days in advance before the arrival date.

Failure to comply with the payment schedule will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and below indicated cancellation fees will be applied.

Reservation dates will be subject to availability, and €150 extra fee will be charged to reactivate the reservation.


 
Cancellation Policy:
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before arrival date, 10% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
From 60 upto 14 days before arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. 
From 14 upto 0 days before arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

 
Damage Deposit: 1000 €. This amount is to be banked at the account of Optimus Ibiza before handover of the villa´s keys. Credit card is not accepted. It is refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
 
Cleaning: Towels and bed linen are changed once per week for the stays longer than 9 nights.
 
Pets: are not accepted.
 
Check-in and Check-Out: 04.00 p.m. // 10.00 a.m.
