The two storey house of 260 sq. meters. We find in the ground level a big living-room with a fireplace, Tv, huge sliding glass doors, and access to the pool area, two double bedrooms, both with king size beds, one of them with in-suite bathroom, and the other with the bathroom in front of the bedroom. In front of the hall there is a dining room, and next to the dining room there is a fully equipped kitchen.
On this level, there is studio independent from the main building, where we find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and tv.
On the upper level, there is a big double bedroom, with King size bed, with a fireplace which separetes sleeping area from a comfortable living room with a sofa and Tv, all of them with sliding glass windows, also there is en- suite bathroom with bath.

50% of the total of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation is to be paid upon arrival to the house.
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 61 days before the arrival date, 150€.
From 60 upto 0 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the stay.
